Location was in Munich and this was not the first time. We have only caught him twice, but due to the time between the two infractions, he may have done it more. He did return the cargo, this time, then he left Munich. He also has an ALG IFF , most likely used to throw off our less experienced patrols, but he clearly stated before that he was with Interspace Commerse.
