I found this junker flying around 10k above Planet New Berlin, he first tried to run from me, and then managed to hack the docking traffic control on Planet New Berlin itself, landing with a ship full of Cardamine.

While on a patrol in the Omega 7 system, some Daumann miners told me about a DSE miner who was stealing their copper ore, so i searched for him in the southern region of Omega 7, with his cargo hold already full, in presence of the above mentioned daumann vessels. He refused to leave nor to give back the copper ore to the miners, insulted myself and every law enforcement authorities before running away in Omega 11 and docking on a big asteroid that was heavily protected by Hessian static defence turrets.
