Report of the third party: I was in New Berlin on my way to Planet New Berlin when I bumped into a Junker fellow in a Salvager frigate under the name "Rakkim_Epps" carrying cargo he probably shouldn't have been. Small amount, yes, but none the less I thought better for our brethren in the Polizei to decide as I'm only aware of the 10 unit rule applying to Stabiline. My vessel has a camera built into the hull that managed to get a couple of shots for you to see and make the call on your next move should it be required.
