I intercepted this Interspace vessel near Dortmund and ordered him to stop. The kapitaen did not respond and rather tried to escape into the lane to Bonn.
As the lane was diesruptetd by ein minor pirate the IC vessel tried to cruise away and ignored my orders, it even opened fire on me after I disrupted its cruise engines.

Checking TLAG-sensors I witnessed ein Samura transport coming from Stuttgart, so I waited at Bonn as my intention was to escort it if needed. Asking the kapitaen of the transport fos his destination revealed he actively tried to violate the Rheinland embargo, he even stated it would not be valid anymore.
I declared his Hazmat containers as contraband and ordered him to drop. Instead the Samura kapitaen turned to Bonn and docked at the station although I revoked the docking rights for it.
