Circumstances and notes (time, location, additional info):

Smuggler ship named *Shtorm* which unfortunately was able to flee. I spotted him in TLAGSNET in Stuttgart system with load of black market munitions when I took my Phantom on service flight. Unfortunately I didn´t get close enough to take direct scan of cargo hold. Pilot took lanes to Konstanz Border Station, where he flew to open space and used Omega-11 jumphole, where he continued to Omega-41 jumphole. Of course ignoring my orders to stop all the time. Unfortunately because the ship was freighter class Camara, I was not able to catch him even in Phtantom so I ended the pursue hier and returned back. But pilot was even that sassy that he sent me message where he said he has no time and even wished me good luck. I really hope we will meet again. Anyway, another name for criminal database.
