The purpose of this database is to lead a registry on vessels committing criminal acts who otherwise do not belong to organizations that are declared the enemies of Rheinland, and manage to escape prosecution on the field. A criminal act is a diversion from the Laws of Rheinland in any way.

The following cases are to be noted here:

• Smugglers who refuse to drop contraband and manage to escape with their ship / cargo intact.
  
• Pilots in possession of illegal equipment who refuse to dismount and return / hand over the said items.
  
• Mercenaries / Freelancers / Civilians / Junkers attempting to engage in acts of piracy or assault, but do not visibly belong to any criminal organization.
  
• Violators of the trade embargo with Liberty who manage to escape with their ship / cargo intact.
  
• Foreign capital ships or military vessels intruding Rheinland space without permission.
  
• Violators of Rheinland restricted areas who survive to tell the tale.
  
• Military vessels committing war crimes.
  
• Any violations of Rheinland's Criminal Code

This channel is open to all Rheinland Military, Büro der Marineintelligenz and Rheinland Federal Police official and independent operatives. All other parties have been granted read only access.

Violators, who also have viewing access, are to pay the compensation to Rheinland.Criminal.DB with evidence of the transaction to this channel or by directly contacting the Rheinland Federal Polizei.
