Reason for request: (Item 1) Our medical personnel have frequently been confronted by patients becoming violent towards them for reasons induced by cardamine addiction. To reduce the risk to our medical workers we would like to carry a single unit of Stabiline so we can treat any patients in need of this drug whilst not having our first responders at risk;

(Regarding the Civilian pilots and Liberty personnel) These people, only when rescued in space, shall be treated onboard our medical rescue vessel (ambulance) and will be either returned to their vessels, nearest (on-duty) law-enforcement officer or planetary hospital in Liberty. MFE does this without any need for payment nor would we request any payment for our services.

At no time will we carry the medical and/or human cargo mentioned above as a trade commodity.
