Anyway the captains mentioned that you might have use for some logistical shipments from your Rheinland Allies.

I have recently managed to appropriate a certain amount of Basic Alloys from the depots of the rich capitalists of Republican Shipping that I would like to donate to your cause, you understand, ja?

I'm requesting either a meeting with somebody who can take over the cargo or docking access to a logistical facility of your choosing where you would like to have the cargo delivered.
