From time to time, we have problems with repair Storm class ships.

Coalition and allied shipyards placed quite far away and the constant movement to them on damaged ships can cause more serious consequences.

As for the second request, we also need data, but already for building ground observation posts for tracking space objects at medium or long distances.

This will reduce the risks for our ships and protect Rostok from sudden attacks.

We will find the necessary resources for these tasks on our own so as not to harm the Coalition's economy, which is currently experiencing difficulties due to the outbreak of war.

Also, if you have a question about why we need precisely ground-based observation stations, rather than simpler space-based ones, then this is quite simple.

The ground-based surveillance system will help to avoid its destruction and it will be much more difficult to detect, which will allow us to surprise an adversary who will assume that such systems are absent.
