mein Name ist Nina von Thielau, Polizeidirektorin and in charge of the Division Kaiserreichspolizei. As my sister Kara von Thielau, the Inspekteurin of the Polizei is currently not available, I have the honor to contact you today. The cooperation you are offering has been discussed within our Command and we came to the decision that this would be very valuable for both of our houses and could make our homes safer once again. With the Hessians operating more actively in Köln, we are more busy there. I suggest to work in joined patrols in the Köln and the Zürich systems, however I know we will have to contact the Kaiserreich's Reichstag and the Gallic Government before we can actually do that.
