At exactly 2352 HRS while on patrol in the Jersey Debris Field in New York i've come across a freelancer. Seeing that he was in a hurry i quickly scanned his cargo hold and found out he had a ship full of sorted artifacts. I was able to stop him and proceeded to start an interrorgation (for more information see attachments). His unusual willinges to cooperate resulted in us gaining information about his supplier's name and location and the location of the drop off point for the contraband. The preliminary interrorgation fruitful for now is just that. Further questioning is required and to that end the person in question was escorted to Planet Manhattan where after landing he was taken into custody by the agency's ground team. He is curently in interrorgation awaiting further questioning.

Suggestions: Taking the freelancer in as an informant
Conduct a more in depth investigation into this smuggling operation using the informant and his knowledge.
Upon a sucesful operation aimed to shut down or infiltrate said smugling operation place the informant under permanent protection.
Conduct a joint investigation with the LPI to uncover the identity of the buyers of the artifacts and bring them to justice.
