Circumstances: After entering Colorado i spotted this individual who had previously attacked without warning a USI official convoy which myself and [WM]Charles.edwards were escorting.
So I asked him what he was doing there and why he was pirating, he then proceeded to tell me to go away and as I looked closer I could see debris floating from one of his attacks by the looks.
As I was communicating with him to inform of my intentions to engage [WM]Charles.Edwards appeared to lend a hand and as you can see we terminated him.
This individual seems very aggresive for some reason so we will be watching for him and we advise caution.
