\\ Also I believe that the BH ID stated that you can "Fullfill Lawful Bounty Contracts" this, as Jinx said seperates the Bounty Hunters from the Mercs. If a BHG capship is firing in Liberty Lawfuls and has a BH ID take a screenie and report it. It violates the ID and that player will most likely get sancationed. Now if there is a BH Capship with a Merc ID, By all means, ask the player to leave. There is no need here to point fingers at the BHG which has always assisted the Lawful forces.
