[Ship fuse?] Crayter NPCs in Omicron Tau don't drop pilots

The question I would like to ask is WHERE are the usual randomly spawned npcs? Nowhere to be found over the last couple of days and I'm starting to wonder if I'm detecting a pattern. This game isn't much fun at all without them IMHO. Especially after so much trouble was taken to make the new voiceovers.

Yeah so the server is currently set to stop spawning (random) NPCs at a load of 20ms, we seem to hover at around 0.5-1.5ms server load per player online. While the server has dropped below a recorded load of 20ms this week it's unlikely during peak. You might have some luck between around 0530-0930 hours.

Also your question is totally off-topic for this bug report. We're talking about NPCs that do spawn not dropping pilots that they are carrying.
