Guten Tag, while I must thank you for your previous verbal and attempted financial support in the previous federal republic, it seems we're now in strange times that has our state facing a clear divide that now wars against the tyranny of both the Imperial regime and a mirror state of the communist inner circle. But right now, we face a crisis that is bigger than mere politics.

Logistics is what keeps people alive, happy and supplied with the essentials we need. But the loss of Wuppertal has not only injured the Imperials, but the entirety of the Rheinland sector. The core production facility of Thorium MOX is nothing short of a tragedy for the entire sector as it supplies almost every aspect of our civilian, military and industrial movements and without them, I'm sure a catastrophic time would be set in stone for an already tough period for our people.

I'm offering [ALG] to prove their worth, expertise and knowledge into producing the quality Thorium-MOX needed for our vessels and the chance to export to those who also require it. This is the first step in elevating our workforce and returning at least a regular life to some people. One of the recent facilities within the RUR capital system, named Sommerda, is a extensive refuelling and supply depot for the previous federal military and MND vessels that operated within the northern regions of Rheinland. Although since we can fully admit our fleet isn't as expansive as it once was under the Federal Republic, it means we can divert some of its space for other means.

The RUR would like to contract [ALG] into constructing a fuel production system onboard Sommerda in replacement to the lost Wuppertal, this is an immediate project that must be taken care of quickly. We're open to discussions.
