Where can I find comprehensive article(s) on Discovery's lore and storylines?

Broadly speaking, the forums.

You can narrow that down to the roleplaying subforums. Official Sirius News stuff should tell you a bit about story changes and patches. Other storylines are going to be reflected in a few sparse diplomatic communiques and such, unofficial news broadcasts... but it's hard to nail down each of them.

If you want to write up / edit wiki pages based on the information you find, it'd be welcome. Include citations so we don't have to find them a second time if your work is re-adapted
