Fine. I no longer make a profit from restricting capships. See what I care. It's not like enough of them are bought to really improve our budget anyways. However, until I can be convinced that people will be responsible and quit complaining the Outcast Dreadnought will remain off of the market. If people can honestly RP for it, they can PROVE it, and we'll start granting it again, without the fee. But if anybody complains, it's right back to the RM's extreme we go. So, start convincing. Do it in a non-provocative, polite and respectful manner and you will very likely get the chance to acquire a condoned Dreadnought once more. But I'm sick and tired of taking lip, and if people berate me for doing my job then we won't get anywhere.
Also, if you want to flame, do it at here. They set the precedent and we didn't get a hell of a lot of complaint back then. You want it all to stop? Go to the source and try and stop the precedent.
