Let's start with debriefing. Intelligence agency provided us with next area of battle to work with. Use supplementary materials to make yourself acquainted with them. We are expecting enemy maneuvers from all sides, but mainly four sources which could strike three important targets for us.

Planet Los Angeles needs to be fortified against any civilian casualties as it's our major population location having hundreds millions of people, Planet Anaheim has much worse conditions to live in due to its more industrial purpose, which means there's not a lot of people, to begin with. The order was already transmitted for its all population to evacuate themselves into underground bases. We would need to maintain vigilance in regards to them only few days until they finish.

Besides those locations, we need to maintain the clearance of roads from New York to Willard Research Station, for all reinforcements to come safely by all Liberty Forces.

Transport hauling vessels to be advised for avoiding their traffic through the system until the high alert is canceled. Unless they are bringing supplies for the station repairs. Keep an eye on all civilians passing through the system. There is only one sort that is supposed to be left, the one who evacuates themselves the hell out of here or stays home. Everyone else could be a pirate, terrorist, or both.

The Willard Station obviously is a major target, but they have Liberty Navy to keep them safe. Our priorities would be minimalizing damage to the civilian areas, with a secondary goal to have the roads clear for logistic military working.

All capital high-grade ships are permitted to join the battle in case of emergency, of course, but try to make interference into Navy job at minimum, coordinating yourself with them when arrived at the scene of action.
