As of the Sirius date 05-04-827 The Nakai. Takeda, and Minamoto Clans came into contract with the Twin Dragons, heads of the Niwa Clan of Ibaraki in Chukogu outside Kyoto Base. It was nice to met another clan other than what there already is, perhaps more can come from this.
