This in information for those confused about ALG and the Junkers base in Sigma-13. Lets date back over 200 years ago at the end of the 80 Years War. Remember the 80 Years War is between Rheinland and the Gas Miners Guild. The heart of Rheinland's Imperial Navy has been ordered into the GMG territory of Sigma-13. It is ambushed by the GMG and destroyed thus this caused Rheinland to accept defeat. A treaty was formed between the two factions to respect borders, the debris of the imperial navy is left in space as a reminder to Rheinland.

Alright lets begin with the ALG base - Helgoland

Here is the deal here. Thanks to the Interspace Commerce the GMG allowed the ALG to cleanup the graveyard of the old imperial navy. Yes, ALG is a waste disposal cooperatoin allied to the Rheinland Military/Police, but they are NOT military nor are they police, they are civilians that have been hired to cleanup the debris at their own risk. They do not need the military or police to defend them. Anyways if they did they wouldn't be operating outside of Rheinland would they?

Continueing. Helgoland has been attempting to cleanup the Yanagi Debris Field. Yanagi sounds familar doesn't it? Well since the junkers have decided they want some of what Rheinland has left behind and the rest of that the GMG has left behind, they are making the job for the ALG a little difficult. Now that I have brought up Yanagi I will continue on with the junkers.

Note: ALG has been hired in Sigma-13 by the GMG to cleanup the debris. They do not have any territory, they defend themselves, and Helgoland is a cleanup station NOT a base.

Yanagi Depot is a junker base within the Debris Field

Here is the Junker Base - Yanagi Depot

Let me fill a couple of you on what junkers actually do. They collect useful crap such as weapons, thrusters, and others to sell on the market. Well can you understand what they are doing in the Yanagi Debris Field where the remains of the imperial navy float in space, from fighters to battleship classes. Ever seen a scavenger take a ring off a dead mans hand? The GMG plans on pushing the junkers out of the system eventually but are currently ignoring them. In the next version their station should be replaced by a destroyed one in my opinion.

Moving on. Yanagi is not a base it is a depot for junkers to bring in the goods from the debris around it. From there pack up the gear and ship out/sell it to passing through ships such as the corsairs. A very popular place for unlawfuls in the area to refuel their ships really. They are making work harder for ALG.

Note: Junkers have no territory within the Sigma-13 system. They are there conducting business by gathering scrap and selling weapons. As I said before the GMG have decided ignore them for now but will whipe them out completely, which their station should be gone and replaced by a GMG station or such. We could use a place to show where the miners actually live/where the taiiden and other GMG vessels can be sold near by, Aomori is actually light years away and isn't a real station to live on.

I hope this information was he
