Ok , I'm not going to write a huge page to explain why I'll post here. I don't want flames...

Last time Epyon tried this , I was one of the main people who bashed him about it. Now , mounth or so later I need to confess that he did have a point. I agree with the larger picture you are tring to creat.

What I don't agree is the two sentance RP from an OC Desi captain and you accepted him , I say this because I happen to meet that said captain and his RP was less then poor.

The denial for Dreadnaught - agree

The taxing fee of 100m - 100 m = 15-20 minute's more , so ... I sorta agree. But it would be good to see the money going to the noob bank.

A little suggestion - Ask for solid and good RP for the Desi too !!

edit - So the Dread is for OFFICIAL factions only ? I mean , not just player groups with the same tag *cought* ESS *cought* ?
