If you want to have a system for PVE only - you will not have it. However, you might be interested to make a character in the house which is usually inactive, Kusari or Confederal Gallia, for example. This will minimalize your contact with other players so you be in safe and can just grind cash in full PVE mode.

Systems like Conn exist in mods for training, what's training in place for endless grind where you cannot be attacked by other players? It looks stupid, isn't it? Get better armour, train yourself and be ready to face the combat - it's just another part of the gameplay and RP. Same about Nomads - they killed a lot of people and now people strike them back. So they are food.

I see no purpose of further discussion, it's already obvious that newbies and grinders want some protection while people like me who want more interractions around, want people to stop running off interractions and just face the consequences, whatever they are.
