If you're flying a Nomad or a pirate in House space, especially near the major traffic arteries, then you should get blasted by law enforcement patrols.

No, they should be blasted by NPCs. Whenever I get robbed, I wish some NPC battleship would turn up.

Why can't I vote for 'Remove anything that can shoot me, all players must do what I say, and are under obligation to self destruct if I shoot at them once'

People like Bisnki and Busy Miner want exactly that. NPC protection where it should be not.
To 'remove' unlawful players from them, as they have no right to play by their thinking.
