So you want us to patch the game every day or even less just to simulate a fleet moving? And fleets are stretched paper thin whilst Bretonia is rebuilding so you know... RP harassment of the logistics or something. CR were our allied ofc this would occur. They wouldn't strong arm Bretonia and instantly start another war against Bretonia and Liberty. You know how crushed CR would be by Liberty? Dude the war has ended this is happening. This is how wars end. The victors get their things back and more. If they can hold on to it is for the future to tell but as for now. This is the result of the war ending.
