Gentlemen of the guild. The other day our Guardian shot down a Republican Shipping vessel, civilians. As you know all contact with the Rheinland government has been lost for sometime now. This does not change our relations with the Rheinland. Two Republican Shipping vessels appeared to be carrying niobium to the war machine in Rheinland. They were warned not to return to the Sigma-13 operations since tensions with Rheinland were still very high. One of those two vessels did return and attempted to flee our patrols. This vessel was halted in the Sigma-19 mining operations. After explaining the situation for 15 minutes to the transport vessel, it was very clear to the patrols the junker cruiser "Tron" was being hailed to come to his aid. We were tricked, therefore the Republican Shipping transport vessel was shot down after attempting to flee during Trons attack on our patrols. Since then this ship has been added to our kill on sight list. One the kill is claimed please inform the council so the list may be changed. Due to the recent strikes by cruiser class vessels the Xcalibur will hold ground in the Sigma-13 mining operations.
A Blueblaze was recovered from the incident and sold to the ALG at Helgoland.
Ships carrying the identification .:j:. have explained their actions and have been removed from the hostility list.
