While we are dealing with an amount of issues planetside with our sudden influx of civilian population, its more important that we at least have a funnel of income to support said population. And standard taxation right now...? The government feels that isn't a good call without a commercial or industrial base to start off with to put pressure on individual citizens.

Thankfully several federal agencies are opening up their coffers with what they've escaped with and its nothing short of substantial, but this is nothing good for our long-term as we can't continue to support our citizens on a welfare system that doesn't see any source of continuous income from legitimate sources.

Now, personally... While I understand the risks of ALG becoming a dependent from the RUR but we have measures in place (One being major powers to the MND financial investigations department) But our largest risk is once again foreign investment. While we are receiving aid from Liberty, our risk is becoming so heavily indebted to them that we could see major repercussions and demands from them once we see a end to this conflict... A risk our Government are concerned with becoming a loop.

A much appreciated approach of this would be that while ALG are under contract for the construction of the facility, ownership and domestic supply administration would still be retained by the RUR government. We would further extend maintenance and export administration and handling contracts to the Company while also supplying a percentage of royalties to exports. This should at least recuperate some donations that you've generously supplied to us.

I hope this will at least alleviate to those issues you've brought up.
