Greetings admiral, I am Enma Loyola, Outcast Donna. There has been a lot of fuzz that was made by your people. From our Rogue friends I've heard that some merger happened and apparently Hellfire backed "Commonwealth" is no more. My sources are more or less reliable, but I thought that you still could confirm it, maybe provide me with a little bit more information.

Hellfire Legion backed government has turned their back on the Outcasts and Malta after using our help for a time. It was very disappointing and I hope that with you in charge the rational leadership is restored. Mind us having a little chat? I think we have a lot of common problems, and you will need some friends if you want to succeed in dealing with the Liberty Government and its Navy.
