the Paraliser doe...well did work brilliantly, helped me many of times to get shields down for my fighters anti-hull weaponry but since this bug has came on no missiles have been working properly
try them again when this thing gets fixed (hopefully soon)
could be very well related to when the hackers/modders were on the scene as i didnt have any troubles untill then
