New York Rules

Last night a few players brought it to my attention that the server rules allow a sort of loop-hole for pirates/terrorists to act as they wish in the New York system. Obviously everyone is aware that PvP is strictly illegal, but NPC killing is not.

What this means is that pirates/terrorists are free to cause as much devastation as they could ever want right outside Planet Manhattan, whilst every law abiding and regular player is powerless under server rules to stop them, at least without provoking the offender into damaging their shields down past half way.

I propose that the server rules be changed to say that the New York system is a total No Fire Zone. This is supposed to be RP, and terrorizing the heart of Liberty space while all defending players are powerless to do anything about it is not in keeping.
