Shall I remind you yet again that doing it without restarting the server causes player files corruption (with the involved player files, and that is not recoverable), and most likely the server to crash?
Maybe you liked to do it while the server was up, cowboy style, risking server stability and the involved player files too, but that's not how things are done. Doing what you suggests can take up to 20 minutes, during which the server has to be shut down (where 18 of those 20 are taken by the new server Shutdown cycle and startup).

I'd like to know whether I gave you a sufficient proof and when my characters are going to be restored. That is of course, if they are going to be restored.
