Please excuse me for the lack of reports, a lot of us had a real busy week. My crew and I - among others - were doing our best to help fulfilling Houston International's way overdue needs.
During this period the Seattle has delivered the following:
64,130 Industrial Hardware
39,680 Robotic Hardware
24,800 Hull Segments
19,840 Plasfoam Conduits
10,120 Reinforced Alloys
Surprisingly there was only a couple of notable events during this period.
Let me start with our run in with the Liberty Rogue called "Damaged Goods". We were on our way back from Planet Los Angeles with a hold full of Robotic Hardware. When we arrived to Norfolk Shipyard our "friend" was lingering around the Tradelane to the Texas Jumpgate. In retrospective it was a risky decision to enter the lane anyway, but it did turn out well in the end. As we passed the pirate ship, they also entered the lane and started pursuing. The nature of their movement was not obvious at the time as there were no communication attempts whatsoever. In any case we wasted no time jumping to Texas and then entering the lane there. We were just about to enter the Tradelane when their ship also arrived and launched a cruise disruptor at us. By the time the missile have reached us, we have already entered the lane and got away.
As a honorable mention I'd like to commend Patrick Müller, Admiral of the Rheinland Military who we first met on our way to Omega-3 at Planet Hamburg. With the [*USI*]Hershey on our side, we were stopped for a routine scan and soon let on our way as everything was in order. The Admiral was respectful throughout the procedure and wished us good fortune on our journey. We met for a second time on our way back loaded with Plasfoam Conduits at the Hamburg Jumpgate in New Berlin. He informed us about Federalist forces in Hamburg and advised to take the jumphole instead. We also took the jumphole to Hudson for a good measure which meant quite a detour, but ultimately kept us away from harm.
