Infiltration of Criminal Organizations in Liberty Space
First of all, if this is alright with Agent Fork and the Directorate, I would like to establish a protocol for extracting and integrating agents. To be clear, this is meant to be modified as new clandestine ops missions arrive.
Integration:
Integration should be a seamless process in which the sleeper agent should have prior education in the daily life and time of the organization they are infiltrating,
A fund must be set up specifically for the purposes of receiving new ships for infiltration for the purpose of painting the infiltrating agent as a "new pilot" or a pilot with a ship that the criminal organization uses. For example, a Junker fighter or a freighter with a criminal tag can be accepted into the Junker Congress.
A database must be set up of all current sleeper agents, their LIA code-names, their sleeper code-names, their infiltrated ship ID, and their persona name within the organization
For example, a line of the database can read: Sanjo Jiraki - Kaiju - Zhaitan - (this is fake) .:j:. Scrapper - Hanzo Jidai
Extraction:
If an agent becomes compromised or their mission has ended for whatever reason, they will need an extraction.
Extractions are facilitated by a secure transmission over D.I.S.C.O.R.D to their handler, Agent Fork, or one of the Directorate.
An extraction starts when the sleeper agent enters space with a group of other criminal ships or comes alone to a predesignated rendezvous, as long as the organization does not get suspisious.
The agents involved in extracting the sleeper need to make it look like an arrest, and will move them to the nearest lawful base.
The sleeper will then be debriefed and a new sleeper will be sent in as per the guidelines in the integration steps.
I hope this list will help solidify protocol for future clandestine ops, per extraneous modification if applicable per mission.
