Greetings Commandant,

I figured as much. Having been in a similar position with independent franchisee's smuggling under OS&C's colors, I appreciate the position of being held responsible for someone over whom you have no real authority. To be clear, I don't hold the congress responsible. I know this pilot isn't one of yours. I just have directors and shareholders asking for SOME tangible action. Being able to say that the Congress condemns the attack but admits they don't have jurisdiction over the pilot in question is something I can throw to them, so I thank you for it even though we both ultimately know it is meaningless.

Your repair offer is something I'll pass along to captain Franklin, though I'd understand if he wouldn't be the most trusting of people at this point in time.
