Gallic snubs were overwhelmed the same way Kusari caps were. From the beginning it was clear that neither side wanted to keep things fair. Good snub players flocked to the Gallic side because if they didn't Gallia would've had no chance. As far as I noticed Kusari only calmed down shortly before the event ended, I even made a ship to help them which I used and I was met with the same selfkilling and I heard that restocking and cruiser hugging happened (same things Kusari got accused of before that infuriated me), though I wasn't personally there during the restocking and caphugging. It really feels like the only people who switched sides all the time were the bastards who only wanted to be on the winning side, making both factions look bad.
I can't really talk about caps since I don't play them but Kusari seemed to just lack coordination. The one capfight I participated in as a (gallic) snub was pretty much entirely Tokugawas versus some Gallic caps sprinkled around so the numbers were there for them to win other fights.
