Lieutenant Commander Kelly Marshall, Executive Officer. She is responsible for the Vermont as a whole when Captain Shepard is not around or is occupied elsewhere on the ship.

Lieutenant Commander Kevin Guardo, Space Wing Commander. Is directly responsible for the operational readiness and tactical performance of the space wing. He is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all activities of the embarked squadrons aboard the Vermont.

Lieutenant Redding Jones, The Chief Engineer. He is in charge of the engineering dept and responsible for the upkeep of all engineering systems. Anything breaks and he is there to fix it quickly and effectively.

Lieutenant Carson Philip, Medical Purser. He is in charge of taking care of the crew medical needs and is qualified to handle triage aboard the Vermont. People just call him "Doc".

Lieutenant Victoria Jenning, Weapons Expert. Responsible for maintaining all hand held weapons aboard the Vermont.

Lieutenant Carl Carlson, Supply Clerk. Responsible for maintaining a list of necessities between refits so Norfolk can quickly get the Vermont back on duty.
