Hey Rob,

Just recently, some idiot Junker who doesn't fly for the Congress decided it'd be a good idea to fill an OS&C Liner, the "Reverie", with holes.
OS&C in turn reached out to us to report the incident, but y'know we can't do much about some unaffiliated Junker.
So, I offered to repair the vessel, sight unseen, at a deep discount.

I haven't been inside her yet, as I just arrived here at Freeport 1 where the Zoners helped the Captain of the Liner drag her back to.
I gotta say, she looks pretty bad from the outside. Nothing a Junker can't handle. Definitely full of holes. Even the engines look like they got hit hard.
She smells like burnt components from 20 feet away, and if you get close enough the smell of pure Oxygen tells you her life support is also shot.
Every Junker has seen and repaired worse, that's for sure. But I want to get this done as quickly as possible for the peace of mind of the Captain.
I know what it's like to see your ship in shambles...

So I asked myself who the most skilled Junker for repairs was...and of course you came to mind first.
The Captain, Theobald Franklin, is hoping for me and possibly also you (if you're willing) to work a bit of that Junker magic. You know the stuff.
Make it look and operate like new, deploy subtle upgrades that aren't obvious when you look at her.
Do it all with superior, refurbished parts. That kind of thing.

I have mooring quarter at Freeport 1.
I hope you'll come and give me a hand. Of course, I'd make sure you got paid.
Let me know, or just show up. Either way works.

Cheers,
- Ian Howler
