I was patrolling over Texas, when a Freelancer with a Zoner IFF called VitEXE showed up on scanners, he was headed to Virginia, so I followed him there. However he was to far away to disrupt his cruising speed.
He then came back to Texas, where I disrupted him successfully. The pilot didn't answer the comms, nor complied, forcing me to take him down, which was successfully done.

When coming back from my patrol in Texas and Virginia, I came across an OCI agent stationned near Fort Bush. I immediately told him to stop, and the agent seemed to comply.
According to him, he was there for a race in Liberty organized by Orbital Spa and Cruises, and to 'help us with the Rogue issue'. He also claimed being a double agent aiming to destroy the OCI from the inside, which turned out to be wrong.
The Elizabeth asked to LPI Chief Jean Holiday on how to proceed, and was ordered to escort the agent out of Liberty space. On our way from Planet Manhattan to West Point Academy, the OCI agent dropped a mine and disrupted the trade lane, and tried to escape.
Officer 'Nekhbet' didn't let the agent get away, and destroyed the ship of the gallic.
This rises questions: why would Gallia send agents in Liberty while they are at war with Kusari, and why didn't we know about the OS&C race before.
Anyway, I'm no one to ask those questions, which are merely observations.
