Pffh, damn. Where to start? You askin' for some kind of sob story or something, man? What, like my parents were killed by the cops, or Outcasts, or some trash like that? Lowdown is, parents were assholes. I'm an asshole, it works out. Dad was big into supporting the Xenos, dear old lady? Too busy drinking to cope with her job working with DSE as a boron mining foreman. Fore-woman, or something. Otherwise, gave me a huge kickstart on property damage and hitting people real good.

Ended up working with some small-time Cardamine dealer, slowly worked up enough cash, and at age 22? I bailed. Rusty pile of trash, but good enough to last me a few runs before I could get myself something real nice. Extortion pays out, y'know? So I plopped my happy rear at Rochester. Heard some rumors at the bar from some other Rogues about the kind of stuff they get up to. Fighting, smash and grab on business ships, sounded like my kinda deal. Popped on over at Buffalo, got decked a few times at the bar before I went and bothered to spend my cash on a real honest-to-Jesus pirate ship. And let me tell you, hoo, real big upgrade. No limits, no stupid civguns, real pirate stuff for a discerning man looking to burn holes and grab gold.

So, for the past two years? Been an independent pirate man, occasionally shacking up with a few patrols from bigger groups, but now I'm looking to get serious. And you guys? Serious. Dead serious, big game, big goals, big gains.

Big freakin' gains. Those? I respect. I like to work with people I respect.
