Scarlett was born in Planet Denver alone, and Since her family couldn't handle caring for another baby, They left her alone in the streets. She was taken by a criminal Organization, grew up there, and started to get deep into the underworld business. When she was only eighteen, she began to do some cardmine smuggling to New York. There, her group got attacked by the Liberty Navy. Most of the members have been killed or arrested. She manages to flee to the asteroid field and quickly docked in Rochester base completely alone. It took her few days to understand that she is alone and need to join another "gang/group" then she saw a poster of liberty rouges and immediately started her search for the group.
