Born on Planet Coracao Jeff got his introduction to passenger and freight services by learning to fly with the daily charter to Coracao. Over the ensuing years James steadily rose up though various passenger shipping firms. Most notably with a Pilgrim Passenger Service for those going to Coracao. Until he was approached by Susan Miller in 821 A.S. to start working for Orbital. Over the past 5 years James has maintained an excellent flight record and was even one of a few Orbital Captains chosen to handle OSC's first ultra luxury service
