Mister Tynchler,

We can appreciate your desire to salvage combat wreckage within Bering while respecting the honored dead. To receive BDM approval for salvage operations, as well as transit permission through Thuringia, and ship licenses for "Pirate Train" class vessels, we will require the following conditions to be met:

1: Unconditional cooperation with Federal inspection teams which may be dispatched at will. They will observe the process of salvaging to ensure that the dignity of the war wrecks are preserved and any human remains are repatriated respectfully.

2: Once a month, at least 5000 units of black market munitions, black market light arms, light arms, or side arms will be delivered to Tennstedt base in Thuringia.

3: Every month, the FTP will provide up to five (5) million credits worth of priority logistical support for BDM purchase requests for materials at the rate of 150% of material cost. Purchase orders after 5 million credits worth will be compensated at a rate of 200% of initial material cost for up to twenty (20) million credits.

4: FTP vessels will respect all Federal and BDM security zones in Thuringia and Frankfurt - transit will not deviate from direct courses between the PR Jumphole to Tennstedt, and from Tennstedt to the Frankfurt Jumphole in Sector E6 within Thuringia. Travel from the Thuringia jumphole in A6 will be directly south to out of the BDM security zone. Any deviation from course can result in immediate termination.

If these terms are acceptable, we can process the permissions immediately.

From,

Flotillenadmiral Kai Siegfried
