To my knowledge, the treaty has been re-negotiated and re-signed, and there are no records of communications declaring it void between the two parties that signed it. That should stand for the existing base even though the original administrators have indeed scattered.

As to the evidence, I believe this might be a misunderstanding induced by rogue infiltrators within the respectful Liberty Navy force. I very much doubt an actual officer would call peaceful Zoner that is stationed at a Zoner base mentally challenged(in a much cruder term) and open fire openly at a vessel stationed directly on the base.

LNS-Durango also claims the vessel officially represents one of the Primary Fleets of Liberty in it's entirety - perhaps the CO is the commander of the primary fleet, but didn't seem to act like one.

Rogue Liberty navy Pilots claiming Bethlehem not to be a Zoner base at all and disrespecting the NFZ

Foul Language and disregard of the NFZ, indicating possible criminal infiltrators are present within Liberty forces

I believe this is just a misunderstanding caused by rogue or uneducated pilots and can be resolved peacefully.
Bethlehem I am sure is a vital trade hub of Pennsylvania and government officials would not disrespect it's stance so blatantly.

And should they do so, perhaps it is time to consider relocating the station. That should be the last resort however as we would actually have to organize towing parties at great cost, and the system would be losing a valuable hub.
