The Liberty Security Force would like to remind you that you have no jurisdiction nor authority to leave the borders of Liberty. Your presence beyond our borders threaten an international incident, and a costly disaster if your ships are destroyed, or worse, captured by hostile forces in the area.

If you do not remain within the borders of Liberty, you will be considered AWOL and potentially a traitor to Liberty, and subject to punishment up to, and including, execution.
