Not really, both were killed by NPCs, in my case I did not take a single point of damage from players.

This is clearly bugged and will occur even when no NPCs are shooting you at all. And this event NPC help for the vessel that spends time logged shooting the other side in a warzone is perfectly justified and fair anyways.

Its a factor to take into account while engaging, probably best to stay clear and thin out npcs before engaging.

The above kills were not bugs though, literally died to npcs.
