both ID and rep sheet list no enemies or hostile intentions
And was always open to interpretation

And everyone who logs AI regularly has been playing it as neutral/friendly to humans, past mistake or not - it really does make 0 sense to disrupt the gameplay of what is left of the player base
For the benefit of literally nobody

Besides people that complain that they have to play the game to interact with them.
