Interspace Commerce, tagged IC|, remains an official faction with a 1ic and you are not that person. You have no rights to, and nothing to do with, this faction.

You are of course able to create another faction with the independent Interspace Commerce ID, with your own writeup and other content, and apply for this to become an official faction if you wish.
