However, I have to say that one thing remains completely unresolved for me. Are two words or 1 sentence really RP? Even if you are natural enemies.

Any roleplay is better than no roleplay. Two lines is minimal, and its not really putting forth an effort, but you must roleplay before shooting, unless the enemy has rolled in and begun shooting you already. If they haven't shot you, and aren't joining in an active fight where you're being shot at, you must roleplay, be it in the form of two lines saying how youre going to gun them down and visit their mother tonight, or just basic engagement lines. It has to be something, mortal enemies, nomads, or otherwise.
