What is this potshot about? Liberty is THE safest house to build law-abiding tax-paying POB as Liberty Forces will annihilate anyone trying to siege it.
Maybe you are ~7 years in the past when laws said "It's your responsibility to protect your own POB" while in reality every LNS would take the opportunity to shoot some unlawfuls so even that fluff was pretty much pointless.
