Pardon the delay once more, there was a firm discussion and a few instances of needing to refer to Synth Foods, but it seems that the terraforming project taking a few more years is of negligible consequence. If anything, it gives our corporations more time to build a thorough infrastructure.

I do believe it is high time I and some of the other Secretaries make our way to Bretonia then.

And rest assured, any carousing after the signing is on us.
