This is, the least to say, wonderful news.

We can definetely build those weapons, within a week's time if all runs smoothly.

In order to not draw much attention, we will be using a small armored transport to reach for the Ring.

However, I want to specify, that in order to make this as low-key as possible, we will be leaving the cargo there for your engineers to mount them, so that our dealings stay ours. We will be sending a delegate aswell to supervise the tests and the weapons, and if you do decide to acquire them, the weapons will be left to you.
